Giloy (also called guduchi, amrit) is one of the adaptogen, i.e. a substance that increases the body's resistance to stress and difficult external factors.

Recommended consumption: 3g daily after a meal in combination with honey or as an infusion (pour boiling water over the powder and brew covered for about 30 minutes).
